Q. Do you sell individual mp3s?
A. We apoloize for the inconvenience, but we're currently unable to offer individual mp3s, but you can find our catalog on iTunes, Amazon MP3 and other digital stores, where you can download the MP3 you're looking for.
 
Orders
Q. When will my order arrive?
A. Orders are processed within 2 business days. Digital downloads are available immediately. In the case of physical CDs, for US and Canada, you can expect between 3-7 business days for physical delivery of your products. For other countries, please check your local mail delivery provider as delivery times vary depending on the country where you live.
 
Q. Can I return a product?
A. Unfortunately, we don't accept returns but we do replace any defective product you may have received. Please visit our Return Policy Page for more information on returns.
 
Q. I Just placed an order by mistake, can I cancel it?
A. We can only cancel your order if the downloadable MP3 album has not been delivered. Please contact us immediately after placing your order so we can process your cancellation if possible.
 
Q. I just placed an order but I'd like to add another product to the same order. Is this possible?
A. Please contact us immediately so we can see if this is possible.
 
Q. How much will I get charged for shipping on international orders.
A. We offer a flat shipping fee of $6 for all international orders. Upon checkout, your order will reflect this fee.
